Lyric played for Coach Mike Garcia at Lincoln Christian High School. She was a two year letter winner for the Crusaders.

Lyric was born in Owatonna, Minn. to Kent and Dorinda Allen. She has three younger siblings: Lance, Lanie and Landon.
