Octavio played for Coach Atom Davis at Round Lake Senior High School. He was a three year letter, three year starter for the Panthers.

Octavio was born In Chicago, Illinois to Octavio and Cristina Velazquez. He enjoys playing video games on her Nintendo Game Cube and playing basketball.
