Concordia University, Nebraska Softball competed against a higher level of competition on Saturday, dropping two games to 18th-ranked Benedictine and 24th-ranked Baker University.
The Bulldogs defeated Peru State College, 4-1, but would drop their opening game in the final full inning to MidAmerica Nazarene University, 7-6, on day one of the Top Gun Invite.
