Concordia put together two separate 19-run performances in a 2-1 day at the Tucson Invitational on Thursday (March 8). The Bulldogs exploded for seven runs in the eighth inning of a 19-12 win over Saint Xavier.

Over a stretch of just over 24 hours, Concordia went 3-2 during action at the Tucson Invitational on Monday and Tuesday (March 6-7). Concordia moved to 5-6 overall while following the lead of a potent lineup.

The Concordia softball team is readying for a flight to Tucson, Ariz., where the Bulldogs will play 11 games as part of the Tucson Invitational. Head coach Todd LaVelle's squad will get started on Monday (March 5).

The young Bulldogs continue to swing the bats well. Concordia produced 10 runs in both ends of a doubleheader split at Bethany College on Tuesday (Feb. 27). Hhana Haro collected five hits on the day.

As Head Coach Brock Culler says, "The feel is there. It's real." Concordia Softball carried momentum from its 2024 late season surge into fall ball. The roster includes a nice mix of veterans (nine seniors) and newcomers (17).
While becoming the winningest coach in Concordia Softball history, Frank Greene served as an example of what really matters. Coach Greene was someone who worked tirelessly to supply his players a first-class experience.
