Gavin Buttshaw and Jake Hagerbaumer were the top Dawgs on day one of the Siouxland Invite. As a team, the Bulldogs shot 310-311–621 and reside in 13th place heading into round three of the event.
Sophomore Jacob Dowd sizzled over the final two rounds of the annual Blue River Classic while pushing Concordia Men’s Golf into a final placement of tied for eighth amongst the 16 groupings.
While navigating the home course, junior Brock Rogers turned in Concordia's top score on the first day of the 2024 Blue River Classic. The Bulldogs will enter Thursday's action in ninth place as a team.
The ninth annual Blue River Classic co-hosted by Concordia and Doane will take place Wednesday and Thursday from Highlands Golf Course in Lincoln. Thirteen institutions will be represented at the tournament.
Rounds below par for Jake Hagerbaumer and Jake Richmond helped push the Bulldogs up two spots in the final team standings at the Mount Marty Invite. Concordia wound up in fifth place.
The 2024-25 season got underway on Monday (Aug. 26) for Concordia Men's Golf. Five Bulldogs shot scores in the 70s and the 'A' team carded a 303. Concordia will enter day two in seventh place.
