• Junior Reid Wiebe returned to form and the Concordia University men’s golf team shot a solid 305 to place third among the 15 teams at Monday’s Doane College Invitational hosted at Wilderness Ridge Golf Club in Lincoln.

  • Sophomore Tyler Ehresman’s career low round on Friday highlighted the opening conference qualifier of the 2015-16 season for Concordia University men’s golf. As a team, the Bulldogs concluded GPAC Qualifier No. 1 with a score of 312, tying for eighth among the conference’s 11 squads.

  • The Concordia men’s golf team wrapped up day two of the Siouxland Invite in Sioux Center, Iowa Friday, Sept. 11. With the help of a career low score in the first day of the event, Reid Wiebe tied for fourth with an overall score of 69-74-143.

  • Reid Wiebe finished fourth overall after two days of play at the Mount Marty Invite Friday, Sept. 4. The junior carded a total score of 149, 75 on day one and 74 on the final day. The Concordia Bulldog team shot 622 over the two day invite, good for seventh place.

  • The men’s golf team has been selected to the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-Academic Team. The honorees must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to be placed on the GCAA All-Academic Team.
