Ivan Yabut enjoyed a memorable Monday (Sept. 13) while shooting a school record low for a single round. Yabut leads the Siouxland Invite field while the Bulldogs are in fifth place as a team.
With Drew D'Ercole leading the way, the Bulldogs shot a rock solid team two-round team score of 296-293–589 while co-hosting the Blue River Classic. D'Ercole tied for seventh individually.
Concordia concluded day one of the Blue River Classic with its 'A' group in seventh place in a large field. The Bulldogs are co-hosting the event (Sept. 8-9) with Doane.
Concordia will co-host the Blue River Classic, along with Doane, on Wednesday and Thursday. The event will feature 106 golfers from 13 institutions with action taking place in Lincoln and Eagle, Nebraska.
A trio of top 10 individual place finishers helped Bulldog Men's Golf to a runner-up claim at the season opening Mount Marty Invite. Drew D'Ercole and Ivan Yabut tied for third on the leaderboard.
Freshman Justin Webert led the way on Monday (Aug. 30) as the Concordia Men's Golf team opened the 2021-22 season. The Bulldogs reside in first place after day one of the Mount Marty Invite.

A Concordia alum, Brett Muller completed his 10th season as Head Coach of Concordia Men’s and Women’s Golf in 2020-21. Muller grew up idolizing the likes of George Brett, Tiger Woods and Walter Payton.
