DJ McGarvie was named the GPAC Offensive Player of the Week after throwing for three touchdowns and running for another in the 45-7 win over Waldorf. McGarvie has earned his fourth career GPAC weekly honor.

The Concordia offense scored touchdowns on six of its first seven possessions and the defense limited Waldorf to 209 total yards in a rout to open the 2024 season. Five different Bulldogs found the end zone.

The 2024 season opener inside Bulldog Stadium will serve as Waldorf's welcome to the GPAC. The Bulldogs and Warriors are set to meet on the gridiron for the first time ever. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. on Saturday.
