The second of three straight road games for Concordia features a trip to Mitchell, S.D., for a clash with Dakota Wesleyan. The Bulldogs have won four of the past five series meetings.

'Next man up' was the theme on Saturday (Oct. 3) as Camden Jensen and Dylan Mika made their first career starts. Concordia hung within one score in the fourth quarter before falling at No. 21 Northwestern, 38-24.

Following a home loss to No. 16 Dordt, the Bulldogs will go head-to-head with another ranked opponent. Concordia begins a string of three straight road games with a trip to No. 21 Northwestern.

A closely contested first half turned into a comfortable victory for high-powered and 16th-ranked Dordt. The Defenders left Bulldog Stadium with a 51-21 victory despite strong efforts from Carlos Collazo and Adam Van Cleave.

Home game No. 3 of the 2026 season is coming up on Saturday when Concordia and Dordt will play for the 19th time in series history. The Bulldogs have won four in a row and eight of their last nine at home.

Following the win over Mount Marty, Concordia University, Nebraska Football was honored with two weekly awards. The honorees are Collin Fritton and Kaden Thompson.

Gideon Stark grew up learning about football and Concordia University, Nebraska. It's no surprise that he's now the QB for the Concordia Bulldogs. Says Stark, "I think it’s really cool that I’m able to play on the same team that my family has."
This fall, Concordia proved it has staying power as one of GPAC's top programs. The Bulldogs navigated injuries to top players while finishing in third place in the GPAC and rising as high as No. 17 in the NAIA coaches' poll.
