Junior Taylor Larsen earned the second All-America award of her career. The NAIA named her a second team honoree on April 3. She was also recognized as First Team All-GPAC in 2025.
A program record five Bulldogs landed on the 2025 GPAC All-Conference teams. First team accolades went to Hanna Bitner and Taylor Larsen and third team honors went to Elise O'Neill, Kaylee Powell and Bianca Romshek.
In a first for the program, Concordia Dance hosted the conference championships. Inside Friedrich Arena, the Bulldogs placed fourth in the GPAC and broke a program record score for a single routine.
For the first time ever, Concordia will serve as the host of the GPAC Cheer & Dance Championships. The competition will run Friday-Saturday (March 7-8) inside Friedrich Arena.
After earning scores in the 80s throughout the season, the Bulldogs emerged with a score of 75.2 at the Dordt Invite and placed fifth out of 10 NAIA squads. Concordia beat two GPAC rivals.
Six Bulldogs from Concordia Dance were named 2024-25 NAIA Scholar-Athlete: Hanna Bitner, Taylor Larsen, Elise O’Neill, Seanna Patterson, Kaylee Powell and Katheryn Rice.
For the second time this season, Bulldog Dance earned a team trophy. Concordia took second overall at the MidAmerica Nazarene Duals and took victories over Benedictine, Saint Mary and Baker.
The Bulldogs made a run at the school record on Saturday (Feb. 8) while winning two duals at their own Concordia Day of Duals. Concordia earned scores of 85.7 and 85.55.
From the York Crown Classic, Concordia Dance came away with a third-place trophy. The Bulldogs earned a score of 83.77 while competing for the third time in 2025.
One of the largest cheer and dance competitions held across the entire country will take place on Feb. 8 when 12 cheer and 16 dance teams gather inside Friedrich Arena. The duals event will feature 56 total routines.
