
2026 NAIA Competitive Dance All-Americans
Concordia All-Americans:
· First Team – FR Lana Tillman (Battle Creek, Neb.)
· Second Team – SO Bianca Romshek (Bellwood, Neb.)
· Second Team – FR Addison Sample (Pleasant Dale, Neb.)
· Third Team – JR Hanna Bitner (Valentine, Neb.)
· Third Team – SR Taylor Larsen (Ravenna, Neb.)
SEWARD, Neb. – The fruits of the most successful season in Concordia University, Nebraska Competitive Dance history continue to be harvested. On Thursday (April 2), a program record five Bulldogs were named 2026 NAIA All-Americans. The All-American honor roll includes first teamer Lana Tillman, second teamers Bianca Romshek and Addison Sample and third teamers Hanna Bitner and Taylor Larsen. A total of 42 athletes nationally earned All-America honors in competitive dance.
All-Americans are determined by the Dance All-America Committee (comprised of five coaches and one administrator). The top 14 scores (including ties) are First-Team All-Americans, the next 14 (including ties) are on the Second Team, followed by the final 14 (including ties) on the Third Team.
Head Coach Mandi Maser’s squad wrapped up the ’26 season by placing eighth at the 2026 NAIA National Championships. The Bulldogs appeared at the national championships for the first time in program history. Eight of the 10 Concordia athletes who competed at the conference and national championships earned GPAC All-Conference accolades.
A senior from Ravenna, Neb., Larsen has enjoyed a decorated career that has included three All-America awards and two First Team All-GPAC honors. Meanwhile, Bitner, a junior from Valentine, Neb., has earned her second career All-America award. The other honorees have earned All-America distinction for the first time. Romshek (Bellwood, Neb.) is a sophomore while Tillman (Battle Creek, Neb.) and Sample (Pleasant Dale, Neb.) are both freshmen. All five were also recognized with 2026 GPAC All-Conference accolades.
