Five Bulldogs from Concordia Cheer were named 2024-25 NAIA Scholar-Athletes: LaCole Anno, Nathalie Fortenberry, Kalynn Jeardoe, Lauryn Stanley and Katie Wilson.
In competition at the MidAmerica Nazarene Duals, Bulldog Cheer dropped a dual with the host school before earning a win over Benedictine. Concordia placed fifth overall in Olathe, Kan.
The scores shot upward for Concordia Cheer as it won two duals on Saturday (Feb. 8) at the Concordia Day of Duals. The Bulldogs posted scores of 76.8 and 68.85 at the grand event.
Concordia Cheer emerged from the York Crown Classic with a seventh-place finish while defeating all GPAC competition. The Bulldogs earned a score of 69.97.
One of the largest cheer and dance competitions held across the entire country will take place on Feb. 8 when 12 cheer and 16 dance teams gather inside Friedrich Arena. The duals event will feature 56 total routines.
For the third-straight year, CUNE Cheer placed third at the Concordia Invitational Tournament. The Bulldogs were the runner up to host Concordia Ann Arbor at the 2025 CIT.
Cheer and dance competitions will take center stage on Saturday (Jan. 25) as part of the 72nd Concordia Invitational Tournament in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Bulldog Dance won CIT in 2023.

The 2025 slate for Concordia Competitive Cheer is set to feature five regular season competitions leading into the GPAC Championships hosted by the Bulldogs. The season is scheduled to get started at CIT.
For her efforts athletically and academically, senior Bre Romero represented Concordia Competitive Cheer with 2023-24 Academic All-District honors. Romero has earned this distinction for the first time.
