Played for the Dragons of Gretna High School under head coach Jake Wolf… started and lettered for two years… was a part of the first baseball team from Gretna to win Class A District and make it to state... individual awards included being named to the All-ITG Team and receiving All-Conference…made Honor roll academically… also participated in football for three years.
