
SEWARD, Neb. – For the fourth consecutive season, Concordia University, Nebraska Baseball will spend opening day in Oklahoma City, Okla. The 2026 Bulldogs are preparing to play four weekend games (Feb. 7-8) at Jim Wade Stadium, home to Oklahoma City University. During its stay in The Sooner State, Concordia will twice play both Oklahoma City and 22nd-ranked Bellevue University. It will mark the beginning of year No. 12 for Ryan Dupic as skipper of the Bulldogs.

Five straight 40-win seasons lead Dupic’s program into the ’26 campaign. In the preseason coaches’ polls, Concordia landed atop the GPAC and at No. 16 in the NAIA. During Dupic’s tenure, the Bulldogs have been ranked as high as No. 12 nationally. Over his first 11 seasons as head coach, Concordia has won a combined eight GPAC championships (five regular season / three postseason) and has qualified for the national tournament seven times. From last season’s roster, the Bulldogs welcome back the following All-GPAC honorees: Alex Johnson (first team), Jaeden Jordahl (first team), Daiten Schmidt (first team), Jimmy Blumberg (honorable mention), Bronx Lewis (honorable mention) and Micah Sweeton (honorable mention). Johnson and Schmidt were tabbed NAIA preseason All-Americans.

The Bulldogs are scheduled to play four times in Joplin, Mo., the weekend of Feb. 14-15. The opponents will be Mission University (Mo.) on day one and Clarke University (Iowa) on day two.
