ACCESS HOMETOWN TICKETING

SEWARD, Neb. – Concordia University, Nebraska Athletics has partnered with HomeTown Ticketing in an effort to make the ticketing process seamless. Fans who plan to attend athletic events on the Concordia campus are strongly encouraged to use HomeTown Ticketing in order to guarantee admission. The Concordia Athletic Department will continue to allow attendance to reach 75 percent capacity in outdoor venues and 50 percent capacity in indoor venues.

Said Director of Athletics Devin Smith, “This is another amazing step in the process of hosting during this time and beyond. Our staff has been working diligently to be the best stewards of our resources, provide the safest and healthiest game-day environments possible, and fulfil a goal of exhibiting a premier student-athlete and shareholder experience. We are thrilled to partner with NAIA sponsor, HomeTown Ticketing, and to walk alongside our GPAC colleagues to ensure our conference events are managed in a way that bolsters a championship experience each and every time out.”

HomeTown Ticketing will be used for home athletic contests beginning Saturday, Sept. 19. Fans will be able to purchase tickets online up to one week prior to the time of an event. As many as eight tickets may be purchased in a single order. Once purchased, tickets may be printed out or sent directly to a designated email account. Fans will be admitted at entrance areas by presenting either the printed ticket or the electronic ticket that can be displayed on a smart phone.

Tickets will also be available at admission gates on the date of events (provided capacity has not been reached from online ticket sales). Bulldog Athletic Association Members (BAAM) will receive email instructions on how to access their tickets. Concordia faculty/staff and students must present their school ID’s upon entrance into athletic events.

Advantages of the HomeTown Ticketing system include non-contact admission, modern paperless ticketing and smoother game day fan traffic flow. Should an athletic contest be canceled, fans will receive credit towards a future home event.
