    Rally comes up short at Morningside

    Led by Jenna Habegger and Emmie Noyd, the Concordia volleyball team attempted to dig out from underneath a slow start. By night's end, Morningside dealt the Bulldogs a 25-17, 25-15, 23-25, 25-23 defeat on Thursday (Sept. 13).

  • A strong start to his senior season continues for Nolan Zikas, who shot a two-under-par 69 on the opening day of the Siouxland Invite. He leads the field of 82 heading into day two. The Bulldogs are in fourth place as a team.

    Arra steals show; Weides wins 100th

    The theatrics of Jack Arra helped pull the Concordia men's soccer team out of a deficit and lift it to a 3-2 overtime win over McPherson on Wednesday (Sept. 12). It marked the 100th coaching win for Jason Weides.

  • A valiant upset bid was thwarted in four sets by visiting and eighth-ranked Midland on Tuesday night (Sept. 11). Despite an impressive second set, the Bulldogs lost for the first time in 2018.

  • Lauren Martin continues to be a pain for opposing defenders. She added a goal and two more assists at Bellevue on Tuesday (Sept. 11). The Bruins were able to overcame in a 4-3 win for the home team.

  • This week's slate features one game at home and one on the road against KCAC foes for Concordia men's soccer. One more victory would mark the 100th in the head coaching career of Jason Weides.

  • Two key figures instrumental in the 12-0 start for Concordia volleyball have been awarded with well-deserved honors. Both Marissa Hoerman and Emmie Noyd collected GPAC weekly recognition.

    Carrasco nets GPAC weekly award

    After playing a key role in Concordia's come-from-behind win at Kansas Wesleyan, junior David Carrasco has earned GPAC Offensive Player of the Week honors. He leads the Bulldogs with three goals this season.
