2026-27 Wrestling Preseason Ratings: Conference | NAIA
SEWARD, Neb. – In the preseason ratings released this week, Concordia University, Nebraska Wrestling slotted in at No. 7 in the GPAC. The Bulldogs earned 60 points in the conference ratings, based on the tabulation of individual ratings by weight class. Notably, Cal Price was placed atop the GPAC ratings in the 149-pound weight class.
Isaiah Crosby enters his first season as head coach after serving as the program’s top assistant for the previous two seasons. The roster underwent an offseason transformation. Price is the team’s lone returning national qualifier. His older brother Cole Price made the transition from student-athlete to assistant coach on Crosby’s staff.
The GPAC’s reigning champion at 149, Cal Price garnered a preseason NAIA national ranking of 16th. Price was joined in the GPAC ratings by teammates Aaron Wilson (fifth at 157), Evan Sepanlou (third at 174) and Ramon Arredondo (fifth at 184). Due to Price’s national rating, Concordia is listed as a “receiving votes” team in the NAIA preseason rating.
