LINCOLN, Neb. – The Concordia women’s tennis team found its first GPAC victory Monday evening. The Bulldogs defeated College of Saint Mary 5-4 at the Abbott Sports Complex. Concordia improves to 3-11 overall and 1-1 in the GPAC. The Flames fall to 3-7, 0-3 GPAC.

Head coach Joel Reckewey said, “I’m really excited about the conference victory that the women pulled off tonight. It was a tough fought battle. It takes a team to win and all of the girls contributed to the victory. I’m really happy with how they competed. I think they deserved it. It was a close victory, but the girls stepped up tonight.”
