
2025 CSC Academic All-District Soccer Teams
SEWARD, Neb. – Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Soccer earned the maximum possible number of Academic All-District Team awards, as chosen by College Sports Communicators (CSC). The organization announced the following 2025 honorees on Nov. 25: seniors Savannah Andrews, Kierstynn Garner, Hannah Kile, Niah Kirchner and Taylor Slaymaker and junior Sadie Mares. Five of the award winners are repeat selections.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men’s and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Student-athletes must achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher in order to be nominated for this award. Nominees also had to meet specific requirements in terms of games played and games started during the 2025 season. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.

Notes: Three-time CSC Academic All-District; two-time GPAC All-Conference; three-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete; 30 goals and 13 assists in 71 career games played (55 starts).
Kierstynn Garner | Sr. | F | Kearney, Neb.
Major: Psychology
Notes: First CSC Academic All-District award; four-time GPAC All-Conference (three first team honors); 2025 NAIA Scholar-Athlete; 68 goals and 31 assists in 79 career games played (77 starts).
Hannah Kile | Sr. | D | Lincoln, Neb.
Major: Criminal Justice & Psychology
Notes: Two-time CSC Academic All-District; two-time GPAC All-Conference; two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete; four goals and one assist in 76 career games played (64 starts) as a defender.
Niah Kirchner | Sr. | MF | Omaha, Neb.
Major: Business Administration (Concentration in Finance)
Notes: Three-time CSC Academic All-District; three-time First Team All-GPAC; three-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete; six goals and eight assists in 80 career games played (75 starts).
Sadie Mares | Jr. | D | Scottsdale, Ariz.
Major: Criminal Justice
Notes: Two-time CSC Academic All-District; 2025 Honorable Mention All-GPAC; two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete; three goals and six assists in 60 career games played (49 starts) as a defender.
Taylor Slaymaker | Sr. | D | Kearney, Neb.
Major: Education (Coaching Endorsement)
Notes: Two-time CSC Academic All-District; three-time GPAC All-Conference (first team in 2024); four-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete; four goals and two assists in 82 career games played (72 starts) as a defender.
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk (in the CSC release) and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced Dec. 16, 2025 (men) and Dec. 17, 2025 (women).
