Nine Bulldogs got the 2023-24 season started for Concordia University Women’s Golf at the Mount Marty Invite on Thursday (Aug. 31). Four competitors shot 90 or lower while taking on Fox Run Golf Course in Yankton, S.D.

Part of the Concordia Athletics Hall of Fame class of 2023, Amy (Ahlers) Allgood achieved a fairytale finish while winning the GPAC title her senior year. It was just a small part of what makes Amy a uniquely special Bulldog alum.
The fall 2023 schedule is out for Concordia Women's Golf. The Bulldogs will open the new campaign will get started in late August with the Mount Marty Invite. The fall slate includes six total events, including five varsity tournaments.
Senior Ashley Gerczynski and junior Mya Nurse have been honored as 2023 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the NAIA on Monday (May 22). Both Bulldogs are repeat award winners.
As a result of their consistently strong play during the 2022-23 season, Emery Custer and Lauren Havlat represented Concordia with GPAC awards. Custer was named the GPAC Newcomer of the Year and Havlat landed on the second team.
As her swan song, senior Lauren Havlat shot an 87 on the final day of the GPAC Championships. She paced the Bulldogs with a 17th place individual finish. Concordia wound up in 10th place in the final team standings.
With two rounds in the books on the first of two days at the 2023 GPAC Women’s Golf Championship, Concordia resides in 10th place. Freshman Emery Custer has paced the Bulldogs while just one stroke out of the top 10.
Concordia Women's Golf will meet its conference rivals in Spencer, Iowa, for the 2023 GPAC Championships on May 1-2. The Bulldogs have played in four varsity events this spring leading up to the conference tournament.
The scores came in higher than expected for Concordia Women's Golf as the team shot 386 on both days of the Bent Tree Intercollegiate. The Bulldogs finished in fifth place out of six teams in the field in Council Bluffs.
