
SEWARD, Neb. – A group of six Bulldogs from Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Golf earned recognition from the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) as 2025-26 All-American Scholar Team honorees. Concordia’s All-American Scholars, as announced on July 13, are Emery Custer, Makenzie Hughes, Olivia James, Maddie Lewis, Emma McCoy and Amelia Ptacnik.
The WGCA All-American Scholar Team member award recognizes as collegiate student-athletes who hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have played 50 percent of the team’s competitive rounds during the most recent season.
As fourth-year competitors on Head Coach Brett Muller’s 2025-26 squad, Custer and Lewis garnered numerous accolades. Both collected GPAC All-Conference awards, Academic All-District honors (from College Sports Communicators) and NAIA Scholar-Athlete distinction. The ’25-26 Bulldogs enjoyed a strong season that saw it break school records for lowest 18-hole team score (320), lowest 36-hole tournament team score (336-322–658) and lowest single season average (335.9).
