Custer rides top five placement to All-GPAC accolades

2024-25 GPAC Women’s Golf All-Conference Teams

SEWARD, Neb. – For the third-straight year, Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Golf standout Emery Custer has been honored with conference postseason recognition. On Wednesday (May 7), Custer was announced as a 2024-25 First Team All-GPAC selection. The GPAC women’s golf all-conference honor roll features first and second teams along with honorable mention award winners.

A junior from Broken Bow, Neb., Custer made a push for a conference title at the 2025 GPAC Championships held in Cairo, Neb. She ultimately landed in fifth place while shooting 80-77-79–236 for the tournament. The Broken Bow High School alum completed the 2024-25 season as the team leader with an 18-hole scoring average of 82.1, representing a significant improvement from her sophomore campaign (86.0). As additional highlights to her junior year, Custer placed ninth at the Siouxland Invite and 13th at the Mount Marty Invite.

In previous seasons, Custer earned 2022-23 GPAC Newcomer of the Year and 2023-24 Second Team All-GPAC accolades. Custer is also a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an Academic All-District honoree via College Sports Communicators and a WGCA All-American Scholar. Custer is studying Psychology and Business Administration.
