Schedule Release: 2026-27 Concordia Women's Basketball

2026-27 Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Basketball Schedule

SEWARD, Neb. – The Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Basketball program’s 2026-27 schedule is hot off the press boasting a 28-game slate for the upcoming season. Head Coach Drew Olson will enter his 21st campaign in the final days of October with a December road trip to San Antonio, Texas. The rundown includes six non-conference contests and 22 GPAC regular-season games.

The year kicks off with two road games in Mitchell, S.D., versus Stephens College (Mo.) and Valley City State University (N.D.) on Oct. 30-31. The Bulldogs will open at home hosting the 27th annual Cattle Classic (Nov. 6-7). The Cattle Classic teams include national semifinalists Dakota State University, national qualifier Montana Tech University and Dakota Wesleyan. In December, Concordia will host Kansas Wesleyan University before going south to face Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) over Christmas break.

Women’s Basketball opens GPAC play with its longest drive to Waldorf (Nov. 14) in mid-November. The first conference game inside Friedrich Arena is set against Northwestern (Nov. 21). The Bulldogs will face reigning GPAC Champion Dordt on Dec. 13 and Jan. 23. The regular season slate concludes with Hastings on Feb. 20.

Concordia returns five of its six All-GPAC honorees including the likes of Ayla Roth, Bree Bunting, JJ Jones, Raelyn Kelty and Sammy Leu. The Bulldogs will lose veteran Kristin Vieselmeyer and Gabrielle Wagner due to graduation from CUNE.

The postseason will begin on Feb. 24 with the GPAC tournament quarterfinals. The conference postseason will continue with the semifinals on Feb. 27 and championship game on March 2. Dates for the NAIA National Championship tournament are March 12-13 for the first/second rounds and March 18-23 for action at the final site, Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
