Bulldogs selected fourth in GPAC Preseason Coaches' Poll

Concordia University is picked to finish fourth in the 2011-12 GPAC Women’s Basketball Preseason Poll.  The poll was released on Thursday.  

Northwestern College received nine of the 11 first place votes and totaled 99 points to be the preseason coaches’ selection to win the 2011-12 GPAC title.  Briar Cliff and Morningside College tied for second and each received one first place vote and 87 points.  Concordia was selected fourth with 61 points, while Dordt College (58) and Mount Marty College (57) were close behind in fifth and sixth.  

Concordia opens the 2011-12 season on October 31 at York College.
