SEWARD, Neb. – Five members of the Concordia University Volleyball team were recognized as All-Midlands Team selections by the Omaha World-Herald, as the news outlet made public on Sunday (Jan. 2). Most notably, standouts Gabi Nordaker and Camryn Opfer were chosen to the seven-person All-Midlands First Team. In addition, Tara Callahan, Erica Heinzerling and Carly Rodaway were recognized with honorable mention status. The All-Midlands team honors the top players from NAIA and NCAA Division III teams within the state of Nebraska.

Gabi Nordaker, MB
2021 – 347 kills (2.89/set), 130 blocks (1.08 set), .354 hitting percentage; First Team All-GPAC, AVCA All-Region.
Camryn Opfer, OH
2021 – 394 kills (3.34/set), 389 digs (3.30/set), .221 hitting percentage; First Team All-GPAC; Honorable Mention All-American; AVCA All-Region; NAIA National Championship All-Tournament Team.

2021 – 1,157 assists (9.64/set), 310 digs, 39 blocks, 31 aces; Second Team All-GPAC.
