2025 NAIA Volleyball National Championship All-Tournament Team

SEWARD, Neb. – Concordia University, Nebraska Volleyball senior Ashley Keck has starred under the brightest of spotlights. For the second year in a row, Keck has been named to the NAIA Women’s Volleyball National Championship All-Tournament Team. She was joined on the honor roll by teammate Ella Waters. Selections were announced on Tuesday (Dec. 9) following the national championship match. Keck and Waters played leading roles in the Bulldogs’ first ever advancement to the national semifinals.

Over Concordia’s five national tournament matches this season, Keck totaled 90 kills (.224 hitting percentage), 91 digs, 10 blocks and three aces. She set new national tournament single match career highs with 27 kills versus Dakota Wesleyan and 29 digs versus both Dakota Wesleyan and University of Providence (Mont). In 15 career national tournament matches, Keck has produced 193 kills and 191 digs. She was also named to the 2024 National Championship All-Tournament Team following a national quarterfinal run for the Bulldogs. Keck joins Camryn Opfer as the second Concordia player all-time to earn two all-tournament awards.

A junior in terms of eligibility (but a senior academically), Waters has been a First Team All-GPAC performer in both of her two seasons as a Bulldog. At this year’s national tournament, Waters tallied 49 kills (2.45 per set) and a team high 22 blocks (1.10 per set). Waters posted 10 blocks in the win over The Master’s (Calif.) and then added 18 kills in the quarterfinal victory over Providence. Over the 2025 season, Waters notched 290 kills (2.54 per set) and 94 blocks (0.82 per set) in 32 matches. Waters collected 18 kills in three separate matches this past season.

As a senior, Keck enjoyed her finest season yet. The Kearney, Neb., native posted single season career highs for kills (481), digs (493), blocks (44) and aces (28). Her career tallies stand at 1,460 kills, 1,266 digs, 120 blocks and 29 aces in 122 matches. On the program’s all-time lists, Keck ranks fourth in kills and ninth in digs. During Keck’s four seasons, Concordia has posted a combined record of 105-18 with four trips to the national tournament final site and claimed a 2023 GPAC regular season title.

Keck was honored as a 2024 NAIA First Team All-American and is a two-time GPAC Attacker of the Year and two-time First Team All-GPAC award winner. She was recently named to the AVCA’s All-Region team. NAIA All-Americans for 2025 have not yet been announced.
