Track and field set to host 37 high school teams for Bulldog Challenge

SEWARD, Neb. – Head coach Kregg Einspahr’s track and field program will host 37 high school teams and more than 1,500 athletes at the annual Bulldog Track and Field Challenge set to play out Friday and Saturday inside the Walz Fieldhouse. Separated into four divisions, the meet will begin at 9 a.m. on both days. For more information on the event (including schedules and live results links), visit the Bulldog Challenge page HERE.

Admission for each day is $6 for adults and $3 for students. Bleachers for spectators are available within the field house. Spectator parking is adjacent to the Walz Human Performance Complex (includes the field house, arena and other facilities)

Completed in 2010, Concordia's indoor track is one of the premier indoor tracks in the Midwest. The track is a 200-meter full pour Beynon polyurethane track with a Hobart texture surface. There are six 40-inch lanes around and eight 40-inch lanes on the straights. The two independent runways allow the long jump and triple jump to be run simultaneously.
