2026 NAIA Men’s Tennis All-Americans

SEWARD, Neb. – Nick Velders continues to cement his legacy as one of the best athletes in Concordia University, Nebraska Men’s Tennis history by adding his second NAIA All-American award in two years. On Friday (May 22), the league office announced Velders as a third-team All-America recipient after his undefeated singles season in 2026.

A spark since the moment he stepped on campus for the Bulldogs, Velders went 19-0 in singles this campaign and 38-2 in his career at Concordia. A 95 percent win percentage over two years as the second-year transfer didn’t lose a set in individual play all season. The Netherlands native tied the single-season win record (19) set by himself last year, also tying the doubles single-season win record (16), matching Santiago Abadia (2025).

The All-American owns two of the three program awards, after Matthew Micheel was the first in 2000. He finished ranked No. 24 in ITA men’s singles.
