Victory Sports Network: 2025 NAIA Football All-Americans
SEWARD, Neb. – Three Bulldogs were lauded by Victory Sports Network as 2025 NAIA All-Americans. As announced on Monday (Dec. 22), VSN chose the following student-athletes from Concordia University, Nebraska Football as All-Americans: Carson Fehlhafer (third team), Adam Van Cleave (third team) and Daylon Henson (honorable mention). Fehlhafer and Henson were also named to the NAIA’s official All-American team on Dec. 11.
A native of Utica, Neb., Fehlhafer has been named to two separate All-America teams despite missing four games this past fall due to injury. When healthy, Fehlhafer was as disruptive as any defensive lineman in the NAIA. Fehlhafer ranked amongst the national leaders in tackles for loss and sacks (and led the GPAC in both categories) at the time the injury occurred. His 2025 totals were 31 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks and three blocked kicks. A two-time First Team All-GPAC award winner, Fehlhafer’s four-year career totals include 116 tackles, 28.5 tackles for loss, 17 sacks and four blocked kicks. Fehlhafer earned an NAIA National Player of the Week award in both 2024 and 2025. Fehlhafer is also an NAIA Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-District award winner in the sports of football and track & field. He is studying Business Administration.
A Columbus Lakeview High School alum and Columbus, Neb., native, Van Cleave has picked up his first career All-America mention. VSN chose Van Cleave as a third team receiver and an honorable mention “athlete” on its All-America honor roll. Van Cleave led all GPAC players this past season in all-purpose yards per game (168.3). His season statistics included 63 receptions for 726 yards and six touchdowns, 89 rushing attempts for 305 yards and four touchdowns and 12 kickoff returns for 310 yards (25.8 average) and a touchdown. His 11 total touchdowns scored led the team. Van Cleave has notched 135 receptions for 1,578 yards and 12 touchdowns in his Bulldog career. Van Cleave moved to running back after the injury to top back Carlos Collazo.
Henson was honored as a First Team All-American in 2024 by The Associated Press and as a Third Team All-American in 2025 by NAIA coaches. A native of Pearland, Texas, Henson starred as a safety that frequently played up in the box this fall. In 2025, Henson notched 71 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, seven pass breakups, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two sacks. He scored two touchdowns on errant punt snaps. In his Concordia career, Henson collected 150 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, 18 pass breakups, seven interceptions, five forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, two sacks and three touchdowns. He is a two-time First Team All-GPAC award winner. Henson is a Business Administration major.
