2021 Concordia Football Schedule (PDF)
SEWARD, Neb. – The 2021 Concordia University Football schedule is set. As announced on Friday (Feb. 12), the program has unveiled an 11-game varsity slate for the upcoming season. The Bulldogs will open the new campaign with conference play at defending GPAC champion Morningside on Saturday, Aug. 28. The schedule features six home games, including a nonconference matchup with Mayville State University (N.D.).
The 2021 season will mark the fifth for Patrick Daberkow as head coach at Concordia. The Bulldogs went 4-4 in 2020 while playing a schedule made up exclusively of GPAC opponents. First team All-GPAC honors went to receiver Korrell Koehlmoos, linebacker Lane Napier, tight end Garrett Schardt, guard Christian Schlepp and running back Jonah Weyand.

· Season opener – Aug. 28 at Morningside
· Home opener – Sept. 4 vs. Mayville State
· Homecoming – Oct. 2 vs. Dakota Wesleyan
· First-ever matchup with Mount Marty (Oct. 16)
· Senior Day – Nov. 6 vs. Doane
Each team in the GPAC will play 10 conference games in 2021 due to the addition of Mount Marty, which will compete in its inaugural football season. Concordia will head to Crane-Youngworth Field in Yankton, S.D., to play Mount Marty on Oct. 16. The Concordia Football program last played against a team from Yankton in 1980 when it defeated Yankton College, 52-15.
The Bulldogs will host Dakota Wesleyan for homecoming on Oct. 2. Senior day will be celebrated on Nov. 6 when Doane makes a visit to Bulldog Stadium. Home opening opponent Mayville State is a member of the North Star Athletic Association and went 1-5 in 2020.
All Concordia Football games are carried live via the radio home of Concordia Athletics, 104.9 Max Country KTMX-FM. The Concordia Sports Network also broadcasts a stream of all home games.
