In its second competition of the season, the Concordia University dance team picked up a victory, triumphing over Doane, 74.7 – 70.2, on Wednesday (Feb. 8). The Bulldogs are now 1-1 on the season.
In a dual with conference foe Hastings, first-year head coach Mandi Maser’s squad fell by a score of 75.7 – 74 on Wednesday (Jan. 25). It was the Bulldogs' first competition of 2017.
The Concordia dance team competed at the NAIA North Regional Qualifier on Friday afternoon. The squad finished in sixth place with a score of 90.33.

Milford, Neb., native Heather Duff has been named Concordia University head dance and cheer coach, as announced by the athletic department on Monday.

Head coach Daneen Kovar’s dance and cheer squads began their 2014-15 seasons on Wednesday night with competitions versus Doane that took place at halftime of the women’s and men’s basketball games inside Walz Arena.
