SEWARD, Neb. – For the second time in three seasons, Katie Anderson has represented the Concordia University Competitive Dance team with Honorable Mention All-GPAC accolades. Anderson was one of 19 GPAC dance athletes to be recognized with some form of all-conference honors, as announced by the league on Tuesday (March 1).

Anderson, a native of Columbus, Neb., was frequently lauded by Head Coach Mandi Maser following competitions. Maser referred to Anderson as a “standout performer” following last week’s GPAC Dance Championship/NAIA Northwest Qualifier in Crete, Neb. Anderson also collected honorable mention all-conference accolades in 2020.

Anderson and the Bulldogs placed seventh at the NAIA Qualifier with a total score of 67.99. The team’s season high score of 72.90 was achieved at the Concordia Cheer & Dance Duals on Feb. 19. Throughout the 2022 season, the Bulldogs competed at eight events and in 12 total performances.
