Schedule Release: 2026 Concordia Cross Country

2026 Concordia Cross Country Schedule

SEWARD, Neb. – The 2026 season for Concordia University, Nebraska Cross Country programs hope to come to a rising finish in Vancouver, Wash., kicking off with the Augustana Twilight come this fall. Head Coach Matt Beisel’s Bulldogs have announced a new slate that appears virtually identical to the 2025 schedule. The 2026 campaign will mark the sixth-straight for Concordia that has begun in Sioux Falls, S.D.

After a third place (men) and fifth place (women) finish in 2025, the Bulldogs will look to reach even higher in the team podium competitions. Sophomores Keeli Green and Vaughn Hendrickson (two-time qualifier) represented Concordia at the NAIA National Championships in Tallahassee, Fla., with Green earning NAIA All-American. Hendrickson (third) and Green (fourth) finished in the top 5 at the GPAC championships.

A cornerstone starting point kicks off at the 2026 Augustana Twilight hosted by Augustana University is scheduled to be held on Sept. 4. As usual, the unique meet will be held late in the evening. The ’26 regular season rolls on with the Woody Greeno Invite (Sept. 19), the Briar Cliff Invite (Oct. 3), the Holiday Inn Express Classic hosted by Dordt (Oct. 10) and the Blazing Tiger Classic co-hosted by College of Saint Mary and Doane (Oct. 24).

Following two seasons at the same venue, a new home for the GPAC Championships is set to spring into the host spot at Dordt University Campus in Sioux Center, Iowa. The conference run-off is slated for Nov. 7. Once teams or individuals have qualified, the season will culminate at the 2026 NAIA Cross Country National Championships in Vancouver on Nov. 20. The national meet was also held in Vancouver in 2023.
