SEWARD, Neb. – A 2025 season the Concordia University, Nebraska Cross Country programs hope will culminate in Tallahassee, Fla., will kick off with the Augustana Twilight come this fall. Head Coach Matt Beisel’s Bulldogs have announced a new slate that appears virtually identical to the 2024 schedule. The 2025 campaign will mark the fifth-straight for Concordia that has begun in Sioux Falls, S.D.

This past 2024 season, the Bulldogs notched GPAC place finishes of third on the men’s side and fourth on the women’s side. Concordia was represented at the NAIA National Championships in Columbia, Mo., by Keegan Beisel, Vaughn Hendrickson and Trey Robertson. As a freshman, Hendrickson won the GPAC title and earned NAIA All-America accolades. Each of the national qualifiers will return in ’25 as frontrunners for the Bulldogs.

The 2025 Augustana Twilight hosted by Augustana Twilight is slated to take place on Sept. 5. As usual, the unique meet will be held late in the evening. The ’25 season will continue with the Woody Greeno Invite (Sept. 20), the Briar Cliff Invite (Oct. 4), the Holiday Inn Express Classic hosted by Dordt (Oct. 11) and the Blazing Tiger Classic co-hosted by College of Saint Mary and Doane (Oct. 25).

For a second year in a row, the GPAC Championships will be staged at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, Neb. The 2025 conference meet is set for Nov. 8. For those who qualify, the season will continue with the 2025 NAIA Cross Country National Championships in Tallahassee on Nov. 21. The national meet was also held in Tallahassee in 2022.
