Bulldogs open GPAC Tournament play Tuesday evening at home against Midland

Concordia University is the No. 6 seed in the GPAC men’s basketball postseason tournament.  The Bulldogs will host Midland University on Tuesday evening.  Tip is scheduled for 8 p.m. at the Health, Human Performance and Athletic Center.  Admission is $8 for adults and $3 for students.  

The Bulldogs struggled down the stretch, losing three of their last four games to finish the regular season 16-12 overall and 10-8 in GPAC play.  Midland University, the No. 11 seed in the tournament, was 7-23 overall and 3-15 in conference play this year.  Concordia won both regular season meetings between the two schools, earning 69-53 and 79-56 wins over the Warriors. 

The winner of the Concordia/Midland game will travel to No. 3 Dakota Wesleyan on Thursday evening at 8:45 p.m.
