College
Caden was a medical red shirt at Pratt Community College for one year.

High School
Caden played under Coach Jamie Fowler at The Independent School. He was a four year letter, four year starter for the Panthers. He was voted captain for two years and was a part of the 2017 All-Metro Team in the Wichita Area. He was also the 2016-17 3A Pitcher of the Year. The Panthers were 2017 3A State Champs. From 2014-17. The Panthers were League Champions and finished 3^rd in the 2015 State Championship. Caden also played basketball in high school.

Personal
Caden was born in Wichita, Kansas to Chad and Gaynelle Springer. He has one younger brother: Luke. Caden enjoys hanging out with friends outside of baseball.
