
2026 Concordia Baseball Schedule
SEWARD, Neb. – A 2026 varsity schedule complete with 50 regular season games has been announced by the Concordia University, Nebraska Baseball program. The 16th-ranked Bulldogs are slated to open a new campaign in Oklahoma City, Okla., for the fourth straight year. The 12th season of Head Coach Ryan Dupic’s tenure will get underway in February, beginning a ’26 nonconference run of 22 contests, prior to 28 league games (14 doubleheaders).
The 2026 Concordia team will have a different look to it after graduating the likes of Braxton Greenburg, Christian Gutierrez, Brad Hallock, Ty Nekoliczak and All-American Jaidan Quinn. The Bulldogs will return GPAC All-Conference honorees in Alex Johnson (GPAC Pitcher of the Year), outfielder Jaeden Jordahl (first team), pitchers Daiten Schmidt (first team) and Micah Sweeton (honorable mention) and outfielder Bronx Lewis (honorable mention).
As part of the season opening weekend (Feb. 7-8) in Oklahoma City, Concordia is scheduled to take on host Oklahoma City University and No. 22 Bellevue University. The challenging nonconference slate will feature other NAIA top 25 opponents in No. 23 Columbia College (Mo.) (Feb. 21 DH) and No. 25 Central Methodist University (Mo.) (Feb. 22). The Bulldogs will also take on “receiving votes” St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Fla., in a four-game series (March 5-7). The Florida swing will then continue with two games at the RussMatt Invitational on March 9.
Upon its return from spring break, Concordia will look forward to playing its first four GPAC doubleheaders at Plum Creek Park. That stretch is highlighted by a four-game weekend series (March 21-22) with rival Doane. The regular season slate is scheduled to conclude on April 25 with a visit to Hastings. The Bulldogs roared through the 2025 season with a 25-3 league record on their way to a GPAC regular season title. Concordia has won at least 40 games in each of the past five seasons.
The first pitch of the 2026 postseason will take place on April 30 with GPAC tournament pod play. The GPAC Championship Game is scheduled for May 4. Dates for the 2026 NAIA Baseball National Championship are May 11-14 for the opening round and May 22-30 for the NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho.
