Carlos Collazo, football
The junior running back from Marquette, Neb., broke the program’s single rushing record by piling up 283 rushing yards in Concordia’s 52-43 win at Mount Marty on Oct. 4. Collazo carried the ball 39 times and rushed for two touchdowns in the record-setting performance. The previous school record was 266 rushing yards, a standard shared by Ryan Durdon (2017) and Randy Pospishil (1972).
Jaidan Quinn, baseball
Arguably the greatest player in baseball program history, Jaidan Quinn of Bonner Springs, Kan., earned the title of school all-time home run king in 2025. He didn’t stop slugging until he finished his collegiate career with 98 home runs, surpassing the former record of 88 held by Joey Grabanski. According to NAIA records, Quinn’s home run total is the second highest in NAIA history.
Adrianna Rodencal, track & field
The bar has been set high for Rodencal’s upcoming senior track season. In 2025, the Lincoln Lutheran High School alum broke school records in the 60-meter hurdles (8.44), 100-meter hurdles (13.37), 400-meter hurdles (58.90) and 4x100-meter relay (47.32). She also shattered GPAC meet records in each of the three hurdles events. Rodencal finished 2025 by breaking her 60-meter hurdles record, again – this time in 8.43 at the Concordia Early Bird meet.
Noah Schutte, men’s basketball
After winning a state championship at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge High School, Schutte went on to break two of the most hallowed records on the books at Concordia. He departed as the men’s basketball program all-time leader for points scored (2,340) and rebounds (948). The previous records were 2,099 points by Jon Ziegler and 928 rebounds by Matt List.
Tristan Smith, men’s basketball
Before cracking the starting lineup at the University of Northern Iowa in late 2025, Tristan Smith gave Bulldog fans a thrill on Feb. 26, 2025, when he piled up 48 points, breaking the program single game scoring record of 47 points, set by Jon Ziegler in February 2007. Smith earned First Team All-America accolades and was named GPAC Player of the Year in his final season at Concordia.
GPAC team champions
• Baseball (2025): The accomplishments have been plentiful under Head Coach Ryan Dupic. The ’25 Bulldogs dominated the GPAC regular season, posting a 25-3 league mark. Concordia finished a full six games in front of second place Morningside. The Bulldogs put together another 40-win season while led by GPAC Player of the Year Jaidan Quinn and GPAC Pitcher of the Year Alex Johnson.
• Men’s Soccer (2025): A GPAC championship seemed farfetched back in early September when Head Coach Jason Weides’ squad stood at 0-4 overall. Eventually, Concordia put the pieces together, placed third in the GPAC regular season standings and then won the GPAC tournament title. The conference tournament wins all came at home – over Hastings, Briar Cliff and Morningside.
• Women’s Tennis (2025): In just Lisa Hart’s second season as head coach, the Bulldogs celebrated a championship. The women’s tennis program won the GPAC tournament for the first time in program history and made a trip to nationals for the first time ever. Concordia completed the 2024-25 season at 17-5 overall.
NOTE: Since the start of the 2024-25 academic year, Concordia has had 10 teams place as regular season conference runners up. Another six Bulldog teams were GPAC tournament runners up during that same timeframe.
