SEWARD, Neb. – Concordia University and KTMX Max Country have announced the radio broadcast schedule for the fall 2022 semester of athletic events. For the eighth year in a row, Max Country will air live broadcasts for Bulldog football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and volleyball. In addition, a weekly coaches show will be featured every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. CT, beginning with the season’s first show on Aug. 25.

Fans of the Bulldogs can find Max Country on the radio dial at 104.9 FM or by downloading the station’s app or by streaming via https://ruralradio.com/maxcountry/. Parker Cyza returns this year to host the Bulldog Coaches Show while serving as the play-by-play voice of Concordia football and basketball. Cyza will be joined by Nebraska Football Hall of Famer Ross Wurdeman in the football booth and by Director of Athletics Devin Smith for home basketball. Meanwhile, Frank Greene is back for his eighth season as the voice of Concordia Volleyball.

The partnership between Concordia and Max Country began in 2015-16. Max Country operates under the umbrella of the Nebraska Rural Radio Association. Tim Marshall serves as the CEO of the organization and played a starring role, along with Concordia Athletics leadership Devin Smith and Angela Muller, in bringing the Bulldogs to the radio airwaves.
