August 6 marked the first full day of official 2025 preseason practice for four Concordia University, Nebraska fall athletic teams: football, men’s soccer, women’s soccer and volleyball. Each of these Bulldog squads reported to campus on Tuesday (Aug. 5) in preparation for upcoming seasons.

Concordia Athletic Communications will continue to provide coverage leading up to and through the first official games and events of the 2025-26 academic year. Season previews for fall sports teams will be hitting the website throughout the month of August, beginning with Head Coach Ben Boldt’s volleyball squad, which will ring in ’25-26 by hosting York University on Aug. 16.

Additional fall sports teams will soon report to campus. The men’s and women’s golf teams are scheduled to arrive on Aug. 14 with men’s and women’s cross country to follow on Aug. 19. All other Concordia Athletic teams will make their way to campus along with the start of classes. The first day of the fall semester will be Monday, Aug. 25.
