One appearance into his Concordia career, Sam Bespoyasny has been recognized as the GPAC Pitcher of the Week. Bespoyasny went six strong innings and earned a win over No. 22 Bellevue.
The next stop on the 2026 journey will be nearby Lincoln. Instead of heading to Joplin, Mo., the Bulldogs will play at Lincoln's Den Hartog Field on Saturday and Sunday.
Plate discipline and pitching depth were keys to a strong weekend in Oklahoma City. The 16th-ranked Bulldogs wrapped up their stay in OKC with a 5-2 loss to Bellevue and a 6-3 win over OCU on Sunday (Feb. 8).
New team. Same results. Six Bulldogs wore the Concordia colors for the first time on Saturday (Feb. 7). Coach Dupic's squad came away with wins by scores of 8-6 over Oklahoma City and 5-2 over No. 22 Bellevue.
For the fourth consecutive season, Concordia Baseball will spend opening day in Oklahoma City. The Bulldogs will take on host Oklahoma City and No. 22 Bellevue as part of their weekend stay.
