• The two greatest sluggers in program history were on display on Friday (April 7) as Jesse Garcia broke multiple school career records and Joey Grabanski reset the home run standard for a single season. The Bulldogs pounded Dordt, 19-5 and 19-2.

  • A four-game home series is on the docket this Easter weekend for the Bulldogs, who are prepping to play Dordt at Plum Creek Park. Concordia will enter play as the highest rated team in the GPAC while having hit 64 home runs in 2023.

  • A late change of venue was just fine with the Concordia Baseball team, which used the friendly confines of Plum Creek Park to its advantage. The Bulldogs blasted six homers and went wild in the third innings of the sweep of Hastings.

  • An impressive start to conference play led to Frankie Cresta being honored as the GPAC Pitcher of the Week. The native of Johnston, Iowa, fired a seven-inning shutout that included 13 strikeouts in a win over Jamestown.

  • On the heels of a 3-1 start to league play, Concordia Baseball is readying to play on the road for six games this week. The slate includes a makeup doubleheader at Hastings and a four-game series at Northwestern.

  • Home baseball scheduled for Sunday (March 26) versus Dakota Wesleyan has been postponed due to wintry weather. The doubleheader has been rescheduled for April 11 and is slated to be played in Mitchell, S.D.
