Hello Bulldogs! While campus is quiet without students and thoughts turn to the final week of school with all of its tests, projects, and last assignments, the counseling office is looking to the summer and ways we can continue to support you. Here you will find resources, tools, and brief moments to pause and read some words that we hope will inspire, encourage, and support your mental health journey.  We are here for you!

This month is Mental Health Awareness month. Although we are not celebrating the semester’s end together, we want you to know you are not alone. Whether you are able to relish the time at home and be outside on a regular basis, or you find yourself more burdened by a sense of heaviness and negative thoughts, we are in this together. Mental health is not about diagnoses or symptoms; everyone has a mental health journey and we are in this together. We are here for you as you sort out plans for the summer, wait longingly to see family and friends again, and continue balancing and growing in all areas of physical, mental, social and emotional health.

Here are some helpful contacts for support wherever you are living, and check out our additional resources on the campus website by clicking here.
