Even for Concordia Baseball, this was something else. In two blowout wins at the Warner Invite on Friday (March 10), Bulldog batters combined for 43 runs scored on 34 hits, including nine home runs. Jay Adams homered four times on the day.

The Bulldogs ran into a buzz saw in the form top-seeded Thomas More in the second round of the 2023 national tournament. The Saints shot 58.2 percent and eliminated Concordia by a count of 98-69. Concordia finished at 20-12 overall.
