    Sanchez picks up Second Team All-GPAC honors

    Three Concordia University women’s soccer players received conference honors for their efforts in the 2010 season. Jamie Sanchez was a second team All-GPAC selection, while Kelly Ross and Hannah Denk received honorable mention All-Conference recognition.

    Bulldogs fall to Hastings College in GPAC Quarterfinals, 3-1

    Hastings College, the top seed in the GPAC Tournament, picked up a 3-1 women’s soccer win over Concordia University on Tuesday evening in Hastings. The Broncos improved to 13-4-1 on the year and advanced to the semifinals with the win. Concordia ended its season at 9-8-1.

    Sanchez picks up conference honor

    Concordia University forward Jamie Sanchez is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women’s soccer offensive player-of-the-week. Sanchez, a junior from Lincoln, earned the honor after helping the Bulldogs to a pair of wins this past week.

    Big first half lifts Concordia to 3-0 win over Morningside College

    The Concordia University women’s soccer team picked up its third straight win with a 3-0 victory over Morningside College on Saturday evening in Sioux City. The Bulldogs improved to 8-6-1 overall and 4-4-1 in GPAC play.

    Concordia University rallied for a 4-3 women’s soccer win over Doane College on Wednesday evening in Crete. A pair of late goals lifted the Bulldogs to the win.
