Kierstynn Garner delivered a stellar hat trick performance being a part of every goal of the 4-0 shutout of Nebraska Wesleyan University. The Bulldog midfield and defense put on a 90-minute clinic only allowing two shots.
Karaoke echoed throughout the bus ride back home as Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Soccer sealed its first road win (4-1) of the 2025 season over Dakota State University.
After the highest ranked win in the program’s history against No. 4 Columbia, Concordia will head north to face off with Dakota State University, then return home to host Nebraska Wesleyan on Saturday.
It was a momentous night at Bulldog Stadium as Concordia slayed No. 4 Columbia College (Mo.), 3-1. The Bulldogs got a goal apiece from Lupe Sanchez, Kierstynn Garner and Charli Preister.
The Bulldogs and No. 23 University of Science and Arts (Okla.) tallied six combined goals that led to a 3-3 stalemate after 90 minutes on Thursday morning. Three penalty kicks were given in the contest.
High expectations are set for the Concordia University, Nebraska Women’s Soccer team as two NAIA top-25 juggernauts will step into Bulldog Stadium in the coming days.
