Concordia left No. 18 Arizona Christian in the dust with a 59-point second half and 35 forced turnovers. The Cattle Classic clash finished with a 99-63 final score in favor of the balanced Bulldogs.

For her efforts in Concordia's win over Graceland University, Raelyn Kelty has been named GPAC Defensive Player of the Week. Kelty posted a double-double and swiped six steals in the road victory.

The 26th annual Cattle Classic will play out Nov. 7-8 and will feature a total of eight basketball games inside Friedrich Arena. The event raises money and food for local food pantries.

The Bulldogs left Graceland in the dust over the final three quarters on the strength of the post scoring of Kristin Vieselmeyer, the rebounding of Raelyn Kelty, the defensive tenacity of Sammy Leu and the perimeter game of Bree Bunting.

Following a dominant home win, the Bulldogs face their first road test. Concordia will be at Graceland University for a Tuesday matinee. The two sides have never met in the GPAC era.

It was no contest as Concordia Women's Basketball opened the 2025-26 season with a 117-28 trouncing of Kansas Christian College. Ayla Roth shined with 16 points in her collegiate debut.
