Following a GPAC championship season in 2023, Ben Boldt has been honored by the Omaha World-Herald as its 2023-24 Midlands College Female Coach of the Year. The team rose as high as No. 1 in the national poll.

Fifth-year Bulldogs Bree Burtwistle and Camryn Opfer earned high honors from College Sports Communicators. The two standouts were named Academic All-Americans by CSC.
In recognition of her tremendous season, Bree Burtwistle was named the honorary captain of the Omaha World-Herald's 2023 All-Midlands Team. Burtwistle was one of seven Bulldogs honored by the World-Herald.
For the second year in a row, the Concordia Volleyball program has placed exactly four team members on the Academic All-District Team, as selected by College Sports Communicators. Three Bulldogs are repeat award winners.
Concordia Volleyball tied for the most 2023 All-Americans of any NAIA program with three honorees. The award winners are Bree Burtwistle, Camryn Opfer and Gabi Nordaker, all repeat All-Americans.
