Cody Boellstorff did it again while leading another big time group of throwers on day one of the 2017 outdoor national championships. The Bulldogs will enter day two with national leads on both sides.

Based on their performances this outdoor season, both senior Zach Lurz and assistant coach Ed McLaughlin have been selected as NAIA regional honorees by the USTFCCA, as announced on Monday (May 22).

The Concordia track and field programs are making their return to Gulf Shores, Ala., the site that of plenty of thrilling memories. In each of the last two years, the program has celebrated either a men’s (2015) or women’s (2016) team national title.
