Stephanie Tietjen (maiden name Beberniss) blazed a trail for female pole vaulters at Concordia. She was utterly dominant in 2003, winning national and GPAC titles in both the indoor and outdoor pole vault.

Essential members of the 2015 national championship team, Cody Boellstorff and Zach Lurz have been named State College Male Co-Athletes of the Year by the Lincoln Journal Star. They own a combined 25 All-America awards.
